Student Performance Analysis (SPA)The Student Performance Analysis (SPA) package is a comprehensive set of analysis and grading tools for evaluating student performance and operations. The package allows operators to gain detailed experience in evaluation changes in process trends. Operators can practice over and over using the combination of trends and the events that caused them to change in order to ultimately learn how to quickly and correctly solve real operating problems. Final scores are then recorded. SPA contains the following three tools: The Instructor can use these 3 tools to examine and evaluate in detail events and action-reactions that the student took during the running of the simulator. SPA also has the ability to generate a grade based on selected and prioritized instruments and grading criteria.
